New Member Poratal Set Up: 

Initial Sign Up

After your initial sign-up for your membership, you will receive an email with a link to MyASFAccount.  To gain access to your online account, you will need:

  • The Account Number or Email Address associated with your account.
  • The primary phone number on your account. 

NOTE:  It is possible that you have more than one phone number on file (ie. a mobile phone, work phone, or home phone number).  Make sure you try all options!

If you are accessing your account for the first time will need to enter the last four digits of your phone number as the initial password. Once you have logged in successfully, you will be prompted to change your password.  

After successfully logging in once, if you should ever need to reset your password again in the future, you can always use the “Forgot Password” option on the main login screen. 

 

Once you have successfully entered your information, you will be asked to reset your password.

 

Upon a successful password reset, you will be guided to the home page to sign in with your new password.  

 

Make a Payment

Any time an account incurs a fee, it can be paid directly through the app. After logging in, you will see a Total Payments Due section on the landing page. From there, you can choose to make a one-time payment using a credit card or bank draft.

Once selected, you will be prompted to enter the respective payment information.  
 

Update Payment Information

To update your payment information, select Change Payment Information on the landing page after login. 

 From here, you can chose to update your EFT account information, or Credit Card payment information.

 

 

Personal Information

This section provides the information for the main buyer of the contract. You can see your account number, update your address, email, and phone number by clicking the Edit Personal Information button, filling out the appropriate fields, and selecting the Update Personal Information button.

 

NOTE:  Always use trusted, secure websites like ASF to enter payment information.
